I'm Lewis Georgalas, a former electrician who found my true calling in helping others achieve their health goals.

Despite a background in gymnastics and dance, I initially shied away from commercial gyms. My personal journey, witnessing family health struggles, inspired me to pursue a path in health science. After a detour into naturopathy, I realized my passion lies in guiding people at the start of their health journeys. I aim to dismantle gym stereotypes, creating a positive and safe space. With over 1000 hours of hands-on experience and a commitment to continuous learning, I offer top programs, classes, and a supportive community. Through my own journey, overcoming injuries and now competing in kickboxing, I'm proof that with perseverance and the right guidance, anything is achievable.
